Promo Code Index is run by Adam Moffett, based in the United States. Promo Code Index was formerly Fyndare, at fyndare.com. No retailer owns the site or pays for a place on it. We earn commissions through affiliate networks when you use a link here, and our affiliate disclosure explains how that works.
How to reach us
Email privacy@promocodeindex.com. It’s the one address for everything, so use it for general questions as well as privacy requests. Affiliate networks and retailers can use it too: it is our contact for anything about how a store or offer is listed here.

What to write about
- A code or listing that looks wrong. Tell us the store and the code. A bad code from a retailer or network feed is usually a feed problem, and either way we can take it off the site.
- Retailers and affiliate networks. Questions about how a store is listed, or a request to change or remove a listing.
- Privacy. Requests about data we hold. Our privacy policy sets out what that is.
What we can’t help with
Promo Code Index doesn’t sell anything or take payments, so we can’t see or change an order. Questions about orders, deliveries, returns or refunds go to the retailer you bought from. For how the site itself works, the FAQ may already have the answer.
